Your lash box subscription is just $25/month or $250/year (shipping is not included)
- I just signed up! What next?
Choose between subscribing monthly or yearly. You'll receive an order confirmation. It'll take approximately 2-3 business days to process your order. You'll receive a shipping email confirmation, so you'll know to keep an eye out for your lash box.
- Can I customize my box?
Unfortunately, at this time, we're not offering any customization to our boxes. We have curated three (3) different style of boxes to suit almost anyone!
- Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can. Log into your account and go to "Manage Subscription." Select "Delivery Schedule" to skip a month before the 5th of each month.
- If I change my mind, can I cancel?
Monthly Subscriptions can be canceled at any time after two months.
- Is Dash of Dao available outside of the U.S?
We are available in the U.S, Canada, and Mexico.
Billing & Payment
- When can I expect to be billed for my subscription?
If you subscribe for the monthly subscription, you will be charged for your first box at the time of your order. You will then be billed on the 1st of every month and should expect a box delivery after the 15th of the month.
If you subscribe on a yearly basis, you'll pay for your full subscription up-front and will not see any monthly charges. Once your year is almost up, we'll reach out and check-in to see if you'd like to opt out of auto-renewal.
- What forms of payment can I use?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards, or debit cards as a form of payment for refillable subscription orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or PayPal at this time.
- OK! I'm ready to place my order. When will I be charged?
You'll be billed as soon as your order is placed. If you opt into the subscription program, you will be billed on the 1st of every month until the subscription is cancelled.
- What is your promo policy?
One promo code can be applied to each order. You will not be able to combine offers.
- Where does Dash of Dao ship?
We're currently only serving the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. You may experience a longer delivery time when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, and Canada.
- Do I have to sign for my Dash of Dao Lash box?
No, our packages do not require a signature to release your package.
- I just ordered for the first time! When will it ship out?
Subscriptions orders will ship out by every 15th of the month. This may vary for certain orders. If you've placed an order after the 15th, your order will take approximately 2-3 business days to process but we ensure you that it'll be shipped out before the month is over! We’ll also email your tracking info over as soon as we have it!
- Will my box fit in my mailbox?
- Can I return/exchange my lash box?
Unfortunately, our lashes are nonrefundable and not eligible for returns. Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes we cannot take them back. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out prior to purchasing. We would love to help you in any way to ensure you love our products as much as we do!
- How do I participate in Giveaways?
Each month we offer giveaways to our community. Giveaways are primarily hosted on Facebook and Instagram, so be sure to follow and subscribe to stay up to date.
Most giveaways will require posting a photo on Instagram using specific hashtags (#), so you'll need an Instagram account to enter. Your Instagram post and account should be made public until winners are announced. Each giveaway will have their own specific set of rules, so be sure to read all the details carefully.
- Can I enter giveaways if I'm not a Dash of Dao member?
Of course! You do not need to subscribe to enter a giveaway. Giveaways are open to residents within the U.S. over the age of 16. Please note each giveaway will have their own set of rules, so be sure to read all the details carefully.
